Brownfield to Park Field
What do you get when you combine an historic district, a former vegetable oil processing plant, residential development, and creative financing options?  You get the Harrison West neighborhood: 16 acres of residential development, an upscale mix of single-family homes, condominiums, lofts, and apartments, anchored by a four-acre park on the banks of the Olentangy River.

Join us for an in-depth look at this brownfield development.

After our regular program, we're going to review the Columbus 2020! attraction plan.  Please stay and provide your feedback on the plan so we can help to build the best possible plan for business attraction.
